Welcome, newcomer, to the wonderful, dark and dangerous world of Grimgar.

This roleplaying experience is dedicated to the integration, exploration and indulgence of a world that runs parallel to the works of Grimgar's Ash and Fantasy series. It is important to note, that the community of Ash and Illusions operates separately from the main story and events of Grimgar's animated series and light novel series, enjoying a development and story of its own.

Individuals who are visiting Ash and Illusions for the first time are recommended to visit the forum's Wiki, especially those sections focused around the Site's Rules and Requirements, Roleplaying Rules and Requirements, as well as the Character Creation Guidelines.

Additionally, we invite all possible community members to join us on the official Ash and Illusions' Discord Server.

In accordance with the previously mentioned concerns relating to the Experience Points plugin system, the following changes have been implemented;

- Effective immediately, the Experience Points system has been removed from the forum and roleplaying system.
- The related Wiki pages have been updated in accordance; should you find any mention of the experience points system required for levelling up your character, please reach out to a Global Moderator team member.

Due to the current limitations of the ProBoards system, please note that EXP gains may not occur when posting on mobile view.

Users may notice then when posting on a mobile view, they do not gain any EXP (Experience Points). If you are noticing that you are not receiving any EXP points for your posts, please complete one of the following;

  1. Attempt to complete your posts on Desktop view (either using the desktop view option on a mobile device, or posting from a desktop itself).
  2. Submit a request for assistance with the Discord Tickets.
  3. Reach out to a Global Moderator team member on the forum for support.

This issue is an outstanding, known issue with ProBoards v5, and may be resolved with v6. We thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.
